Dawn's Journey

When Dawn was just 18 years old, her journey began at the New York School of Dog Grooming. More than 40 years later, her passion for dogs has only deepened. Gentle, kind, and endlessly devoted, Dawn has dedicated her life to caring for dogs and could not imagine doing anything else.

Over the course of her career, Dawn has owned and operated two successful dog grooming businesses, including a full-service salon and boutique, where she built lasting relationships with clients and their beloved pets.

Now she is continuing her journey with Journey’s Mobile Dog Spa, bringing the same expertise, care, and love directly to your doorstep. With her decades of experience and gentle touch, Dawn makes grooming a positive and stress-free experience that ensures every pup looks and feels their very best.

 

Dawn is committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence. Each year she participates in hands-on seminars and advanced grooming classes to expand her skills and stay current with the latest trends and best practices in the grooming industry. She holds multiple certifications, including being CPR certified, a NYS licensed groomer, and AKC Certified. Her training covers a wide range of topics, from coat care and skin health to safety and handling, ensuring that every dog is not only pampered but also cared for with the highest professional standards.
